What we check on the operator
Before we describe any platform feature, we look for the operator's legal identity, its stated licence and licensing jurisdiction, and the regional restrictions published alongside them. A licence issued abroad does not by itself make a service lawful for a reader in India, and we say that on every page where it matters.
Where an operator publishes no verifiable licence detail for a given market, we describe the feature without implying regulatory approval, and we point readers to the operator's own terms rather than summarising them as fact.
